- U.S. Bank Account Process -Not Included in the Essentials Package (Pending) - a separate email will be sent to you with the banking steps. You will be able to reach out to our banking contacts as we take you through the process of filing your entity.

Included on this link are the information we need on which state, which entity, the entity name, and officer/manager information for us to process your filing to the next step.
Our U.S. entity web form includes our virtual address service agreement and the SS4 details we need to apply for your EIN after filing your articles.

Our system will automatically send you follow-up emails reminding you of each step.
Step 3: The payment of your state fees - If not paid upfront you will receive separate emails with payment links after submitting the U.S. entity web form.
